What are SIM-boards USB?

SIM-boards, short for Simulator Interface Modules, are a range of highly flexible, specialized input/output control hardware modules designed to control items such as switches, LEDs and 7-segment displays from a standard PC. The control software communicates with a host application, such as a Flight Simulator or addon program, and performs actions in the simulator on command from the SIM-boards.

Designed primarily for the amateur or professional flight simulator builder, but useable for any application where control of inputs and outputs is required by a PC, SIM-boards offer an extremely flexible yet simple-to-use approach to interfacing your hardware with your computer.
